Real Madrid are always linked with star players as Los Blancos' strong financial and sporting position has always helped them target top performers from other clubs. As such, Spanish publication Fichajes has reported they are now said to be interested in Saliba, who has had two strong seasons with Arsenal.

Saliba has formed a superb partnership with Gabriel Magalhaes at Arsenal under Mikel Arteta and the Gunners will not be very keen to lose out on the highly-rated 23-year-old, who has a contract with the North London side until 2027.
